Odilia R. Hebga is an External Affairs Officer working with the West and Central Africa region (ECRAW) and based in Yaounde, Cameroon. In her role, she manages corporate communications and global engagement with key stakeholders, including media, civil society, Youth, MPs, as well as employee engagement. She also provides strategic advice to Senior management and oversees reputation risk of the country’s portfolio and engagement. In addition to her work at the World Bank, she is the head of a non-profit organization, Dynamique O.S.E.R., that provides support to schools in rural areas of Cameroon. She holds two Masters’ degrees, one in International Relations from the university Marc Bloch, France and a second one in International Trade from ISEG Business School, France.
