Raghu Kesavan currently works as Senior Infrastructure Specialist in the South Asia Urban Unit based in New Delhi Office and has over 25 years of experience in infrastructure finance and urban development. He has led a number of urban development investment projects covering a range of interventions including urban infrastructure / services, green-field city development, urban finance, slum upgrading, municipal capacity building and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). In addition, he has led Analytical and Advisory Activities in the urban sector. He is also the Focal Point for the Urban Unit in India. Raghu Kesavan holds a first degree in Engineering and a Post Graduate degree (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow.
