Ralph De Haas is the director of research at the EBRD Office of the Chief Economist. He holds a PhD in Economics from Utrecht University. Ralph is also a part-time associate professor of finance at Tilburg University and a CEPR research fellow. His research interests include international banking, small-business finance, and development economics.
