Rediet Firdu is a master's student at the Addis Ababa Institute of Technology, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in road and transport engineering. With an undergraduate degree in civil engineering, she is a co-owner of the construction business Rediet and Kaleab General Construction. Rediet strongly believes that empowering women and supporting young entrepreneurs can change a country’s future.
