Reinhard Haslinger, based in Vienna, Austria, is the Program Manager of the Governance and Institutions Umbrella Program, an umbrella multi-donor trust fund program launched in 2022, as well as the GovTech Global Partnership, a multi-stakeholder partnership and multi-donor trust fund launched in 2019. Prior, he has helped establish and managed operations of the World Bank’s Centre for Financial Reporting Reform. Reinhard has joined the Bank in 2004 in Washington, D.C. working on operations in the Europe and Central Asia Region. He has a MSc in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
