Robert Sam-Kpakra is a development management consultant based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. He specializes in evaluations and operations research in social and economic domains. Previously, he was a lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone. Sam-Kpakra holds a MSc in Impact Evaluation for International Development from the University of East Anglia.
