Sanjay Kumar Singh is the State Project Director for the Bihar Education Project, an initiative dedicated to achieving Universal Elementary Education in the state of Bihar, India. The initiative reaches almost 7 million students enrolled in the public school system of Bihar. In addition, he also serves as the Managing Director of the Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Development Corporation (BSEIDC) Limited, a public company dedicated towards the development of educational and allied infrastructure in the state.
