Sarah Lavin provides legal and operational support to the public procurement system projects and initiatives for the Africa Public Integrity and Openness (AFR-PIO) work program. She is a licensed attorney specializing in government contracting and anti-corruption/governance public policy. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Notre Dame, as well as a returned Peace Corps volunteer from Cameroon. She joined the Bank and AFR-PIO in September 2012.
