Senior Transport Specialist

Satoshi Ogita is a Senior Transport Specialist with more than 20 years of professional experience. Since he joined the World Bank in 2011, he has been working on urban, inter-urban, air, and maritime transport projects in Africa, East Asia and the Pacific, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior to the Bank, he spent eight years as an international development consultant and analyzed more than 25 transport projects in Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Master’s in International Studies from the University of Tokyo.
