Shandao is a consultant on open data analytics in the World Bank’s Energy & Extractives Global Practice. She is working on the open data platform ENERGYDATA.INFO, which hosts energy data and applications developed by the World Bank and external partners. Launched in 2017, the platform aims to provide solutions to data accessibility, affordability and facilitate efficient decision making for both public and private sector stakeholders.
Shandao holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
