Silvia Muzi joined the Enterprise Analysis Unit in April 2011 after working for the World Bank for four years. Prior to joining the Enterprise Analysis Unit, she served as a consultant in the Middle East and North Africa region and in the Human Development Network, Social Protection. She currently works on the design, implementation and monitoring of the enterprise surveys. Since joining the World Bank, Silvia has been working on issues related to labor markets, gender equality and women’s empowerment, and female entrepreneurship. Silvia holds a PhD in Economics from University of Rome La Sapienza. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked at the University of Rome La Sapienza (Italy).
