Sun Hwa Song is a Statistical Analyst working in the Development Economics Data Group at the World Bank. She has worked on collecting low- and mid-income countries’ external loan data and compiles International Debt Statistics as part of World Bank’s Debt Reporter System. She now works on the Trust Fund for Statistical Capacity Building that supports projects aiming at strengthening national statistical systems in low- and mid-income countries in a sustainable manner, including innovative approaches to improve data collection and use, and openness and accessibility of data.
