Sunjidmaa Jamba is Communications Officer of the World Bank in Mongolia since 2005. She leads the Bank’s communication support to Mongolia’s fiscal reform and the Governance project that targets capacity building of CSOs, Parliament secretariat and the media on social accountability and manages Bank communications and stakeholders engagement across the country. Since joining the Bank, Sunjidmaa has actively contributed to the development of strategic communication to support Mongolia’s development jointly with External Affairs in EAP, the Communication for Governance and Accountability program and other sector teams within the Bank. Sunjidmaa holds a M.Sc in Chemical Technology from Prague Chemical Technology Institute and was trained on communication and media management. Between 2000-2005 she managed the first Mongolia online economic news services “bizMongolia” and promoted Mongolia’s economy to foreign investors and development partners.
