Transboundary Waters Specialist, Water Global Practice and South Asia Water Initiative

Taylor is a transboundary waters specialist and consultant to the World Bank’s Water Global Practice and South Asia Water Initiative (SAWI), and a natural resources lawyer stationed in Vancouver, Canada. He previously held water resources management appointments with UNESCO, UNDP and the GEF. Taylor was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and holds Juris Doctor and bachelor’s degrees from the University of British Columbia.
