We spoke with Ilkka Lakaniemi, the Director of Global Policy Initiatives for Finland’s Nokia Siemens Networks, about the best way to do this. He explores what it means to have a good business environment and why it might be worth taking a leap of faith in some countries not known for the easiest business environments.
