Legatum Institute - the creator of the intriguing 2007 Prosperity Index, a new measure based on 40 years of available data on material wealth and life satisfaction – joined MIT to build on the idea of bottom-up entrepreneurship and commercialization of new enterprise-based technologies.
The new Center hopes to turn out 30 for-profit companies a year for the next 10 years. The deadline for fellowship applications is January 31, 2008.
