It is my pleasure to introduce Milan Brahmbhatt, PSD Blog's newest contributor. Milan is an analytical economist with a broad range of intellectual interests. He's currently a lead economist for the World Bank's East Asia and Pacific Region and editor of the twice yearly East Asia Regional Brief.
