Private education forum: day three

This page in:

This second IFC International Forum for Investment in Private Higher Education closed on Friday with a flurry of suggestions from the audience about future events and topics.

These included moving the event to a developing country to encourage local, regional participation; inviting government officials in order to encourage cooperation between public and private seoctors; and the possibility of small working groups to encourage discussion and networking. Another comment was to continue the e-discussions and on-line forums in which participants are encouraged to participate. These online events allow IFC to maintain contact with forum participants between events and continue the exchange of ideas and best practices.

Another way to keep up with the latest issues in private education is to subcribe to the EdInvest newsletter which is circulated by email monthly free of charge. To begin receiving this newsletter, send and email to edinvest@ifc.org.
