Marcelo Acerbi is Senior Environmental Specialist with the Environment and Natural Resources Global Practice, at the World Bank Group. Before joining the World Bank, Marcelo was the Conservation and Sustainable Development Director for WWF Argentina. He was also Assistant Professor in the University of Buenos Aires.
Marcelo is a Geographer form the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) with postgraduate education in environmental sciences, environmental assessment, conservation leadership management and protected areas. He has been a Postgraduate Research Fellow with the National Council of Scientific and Technological Research in Argentina.
