Achim Vogt is an economist (ET) with the Trade and Regional Integration Unit at the World Bank. His work focuses on regional integration, non-tariff measures, and the estimation of trade costs and their economic impacts. Prior to his current role, he served as a short-term consultant for the World Bank, a researcher at the World Trade Institute at the University of Bern, an economist at the consultancy Ecorys, and a guest lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Achim holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bern.
