Adam Landau works in the Development Data Group at the World Bank and has previously held roles in the Office of the Chief Economist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and as a researcher at PARIS21 (hosted at the OECD).

His work focuses on development data, development economics, and the role of statistical capacity in policymaking. His research interests include applied microeconomics, econometrics, and how evidence-based policymaking can be used to improve economic outcomes at the macro level.

Adam holds an MSc in Economics (International Trade, Finance & Development) from the Barcelona School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
