Adèle Paris is an Investment Officer with the PPP Transaction Advisory Department at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and is based in Belgrade, Serbia. She has eight years of field experience advising ministers, mayors, and senior public officials on how to create the necessary conditions for them to attract private sector investment in their priority infrastructure projects and improve the delivery of public services. In Belgrade, Adèle worked on the preparation of the strategic waste-to-energy PPP project. Previously, Adèle was based in Delhi, India, and worked on several path-finding urban projects across India and Bhutan.
Before joining IFC, Adèle has worked on PPP projects in the Americas and Europe with the structured finance department of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank, in the transport and municipal and social infrastructure sectors. Adèle graduated in 2006 with a Master’s in Finance from Paris Dauphine University and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
