Aditi Lal is the Partnership Specialist at the World Bank Group’s Human Capital Project in the People Vice Presidency. She works on donor and partner relations, resource mobilization, and grant monitoring and reporting for the Human Capital Trust Fund. She also supports stakeholder engagements, providing visibility to the critical need for investment in human capital. Previously, Aditi worked at the Office of the Global Director for Education, where she significantly contributed to global strategic partnerships and supported the World Bank Group’s engagement with external partners on education. She also led Ukraine’s country-level partnerships in education and provided technical support to the Education Finance and Reform Thematic Group. In addition, she has operational experience in Ukraine and Malawi. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Aditi worked with lawyers, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions in India and the USA. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership & Societal Change as well as a Law Degree.
