Aditya Sarkar is an independent researcher and has worked as a consultant with the World Bank, the International Labour Organization, and Open Society Foundations. He is qualified as a lawyer in India and as a solicitor in England and Wales. He holds an MA degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University and is a graduate of the National Law School of India University in Bangalore. His current research looks at political mobilization and rights-claiming among refugees and migrant workers in rights constrained systems.
