Adrijana Zareva is an Assistant Coordinator on the Social Services Improvement Project, implemented by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of North Macedonia, supported by the World Bank. The project helps alleviate poverty and straighten human capital by investing in quality, early childhood education and their families and supporting the transition to primary education. She has worked as a psychologist in SOS Children Villages Macedonia on various projects regarding early childhood development. Her work experience also covers direct work with children as a psychologist in several counselling centres. She holds a Bachelor in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje. She is a member of the North Macedonia team participating in the World Bank Engaging Policymakers in Early Childhood Program.
