Africa Olojoba is Practice Manager for the Africa region Environment, Natural Resources and Blue Economy at the World Bank. He has more than 25 years of experience in environmental management, solid waste management, urban infrastructure management, climate change, PPPs, and Disaster Risk Management. He has a track record in program leadership, leading preparation and supervision of investment projects, policy dialogue and managing Trust funds. He has in-country work experience in 28 countries in the Africa Region and 14 countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Before joining the World Bank, worked in a regional organization such as the Lake Chad Basin Commission, N’Djamena, Chad and the private sector on a number of Brown and Green projects where he coordinated a team of multi-disciplinary specialists to work sustainable development projects.
