Ahmad Shah Naqshbandi currently works as Procurement Cadre and Employee Professionalization Director with National Procurement Authority in Administrative Office of the President, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Mr. Naqshbandi has extensive working experience with government and donor’s agencies, he has worked as a deputy program director with Afghanistan Rural Enterprise Development Program and secretary to the President of Afghanistan. He holds Master’s degree in Public Procurement Management for Sustainable Development from International Training Centre of ILO and a post graduate degree in Sustainable Rural Development.
