Aissata Coulibaly, an Ivorian national, is an Economist and development expert with the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice at the World Bank. She has expertise on social safety nets, public works, productive inclusion programs in context of forced displacement, fragility, conflict, and violence, and on digitalization of cash transfers payment.
Dr. Coulibaly began her career as a World Bank Africa fellow before joining the Young Professional program. She holds a PhD in Development economics from the Center for Studies and Research on International Development (CERDI) - University Clermont Auvergne in France.
