Alemu A. Manni, is a Senior Economist at FAO Yemen. He holds a master’s degree in economics from a joint program between Oxford and Addis Ababa University and possesses over two decades of experience in food security and resilience. He has worked in both managerial and technical positions with leading international organizations such as USAID, FEWS NET, the European Union, and various UN agencies across countries like Ethiopia, Kenya, South Sudan, Sudan; and regional and global offices in Nairobi, Rome, and Cairo.
