Alessandra Gage is an international consultant at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations with specializations in environmental and climate change policy. She currently works in the Asia and the Pacific Service of the FAO Investment Centre, where she provides technical assistance to joint World Bank/FAO projects in the region. Prior to working in the FAO Investment Centre, she spent five years working with the United Nations University Institute for Water Environment and Health (UNU-INWEH), Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton (SPRC), and Canadian environmental NGOs. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from the University of Oxford, UK.
