For more than a decade, Mr. Danilenko has been involved in water sector performance assessment and benchmarking reported at www.ib-net.org. He also works on World Bank water and environmental projects and is actively involved in climate change projects. Mr. Danilenko’ s co-authored "The IBNET Water Supply and Sanitation Performance Blue Book," "Climate Change and Urban Water Utilities: Challenges and Opportunities," and "Water Operators from Emerging Markets: New Players for Public-Private Partnerships."
