Alfredo is a Senior Consultant on Business Environment and Better Regulation issues with the World Bank. Since 2008, Alfredo has worked at different international institutions, such as the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation and the Inter-American Development Bank. He specializes in public sector reforms and digital solutions for better regulation, investment climate and open government issues. Alfredo has provided advisory services to 20+ countries, more recently in Latin America and the Caribbean, South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East. A Mexican national, Alfredo holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico and an M.A. in Public Policy from Georgetown University in the United States.
