Aliya Pistayeva joined the KAZSTAT project implementation group in 2014. She is a graduate of the University of York's Department of Educational Studies, with a Master degree in Educational Management and Research. Previously, Aliya worked in the private sector as a manager at the Kazakh Agency of International Education, as well as at the U.S. Diplomatic mission to Kazakhstan, under the Department of State's programs for United States Governmental exchange alumni.
