Alla Morrison is a Program Officer in the World Bank Group Finances program. The program provides financial and operational data about the The World Bank Group and explores innovative ways to leverage data as a strategic asset for the Bank's business, social impact and operational effectiveness. Alla's experience is in business management, startups and financial services. Prior to returning to the Bank in 2012, she founded and managed a sourcing company in Hong Kong for five years. The company worked with hundreds of small and medium factories across South East Asia and actively participated in south south trade. Alla has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master's in German Literature from St. Petersburg State University in Russia.
