Amanda Feuerstein works in communications at the World Bank spreading the word about the positive impacts human interventions can have on ocean health. Before coming to the World Bank she got her Bachelors of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Yale University and then worked as a marine researcher and outreach specialist at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History. When she isn't talking about the ocean, she is in the ocean. Or maybe at the beach.
