Amath NDIAYE is a statistical engineer and economist with 10 years of professional experience in data management and information systems. In 2018, he joined the Executive Council on Sustainable Urban Transportation (CETUD), as Head of the Mobility Observatory Division. He has contributed to the development of urban mobility policies, including Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (PMUD), and has led several studies, including one on the negative externalities of transport in Dakar. He has also led the design project for the urban transport information system (SITU).
