Ambrose Wong is a Digital Specialist in the World Bank Group's Digital and AI Vice Presidency. He advises governments in more than 20 countries on the policy, regulatory and financing dimensions of AI and data infrastructure in World Bank IPF projects, with a focus on digital sovereignty, data centers and cloud regulations, and public sector cloud procurement.
Ambrose holds a MA in Public Administration from Columbia University and a BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Hong Kong. He is accredited as an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist (2025).
