Mrs. Aminata Coulibaly Diamoutene is the head of the Survey Division of the National Institute of Statistics of Mali. In this role, she is responsible for developing survey collection tools; conducting enumerator training; and supervising data collection, control and clearance programs. She holds a degree in Statistical Design Engineering from the University of Sciences and Technology Houari Boumediene (USTHB) in Algiers (Algeria) and a degree in Applied Statistical Analysis for Social Development from the National Superior School (ENSEA) in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire). Mrs. Coulibaly Diamoutene is the NSO focal point for the World Bank’s Strengthening Gender Statistics Project.
