A State Engineer with 19 years of experience in strategic consulting, public financial management, and climate finance, he brings particular expertise in NDC financing, climate budget tagging, green finance taxonomy, and sovereign sustainable bonds. He is the first GRI-certified Sustainability Reporting Professional in Morocco, and holds certifications in the World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), PMP®, and PSM®.
