Amir Fouad is a Research Analyst for the World Bank Group’s Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice, where he helps administer the dissemination of research, learning programs, and knowledge products. He also conducts research and analysis on trade issues, prepares trade-related policy documents, and composes contributions on trade to internal and external book chapters, working papers, policy notes, blogs, and flagship publications. Prior to joining the Bank, Amir worked as an associate at the World Trade Institute in Bern, Switzerland, focusing on academic programming. He is a graduate of Brown University and Georgetown University.
