An Thi My Tran (Mỹ An) is an education specialist from World Bank Hanoi office, where she has worked on education issues since February 2009. She currently manages the Russia Education Aid for Development program that supports training thousands of educational assessment specialists in effective student assessment practices and national assessment programs. She participated in designing and supervising several education quality improvement projects at the Bank and led a school readiness assessment study (Early Development Index) in Vietnam. Before joining the Bank, Mỹ An worked for an AusAID-funded scholarship program and various education development programs in Vietnam. Mỹ An holds a Master of Education from the University of Melbourne (Australia), and a Bachelor of Teaching from Hanoi National University (Vietnam).
