Ana is excited about a range of topics dealing with equity, in particular those at the intersection of governance, social protection and social inclusion. Most of her daily work is dedicated to Croatia portfolio quality assurance and providing guidance to teams. Prior to joining the Bank in 2019, she was an official of Croatia’s Presidential Office and Croatian Government, where she headed cabinets and was tasked with strategy formulation and change management in areas of international relations, international development and open government. Ana holds a master's degree from Cambridge University.
