Anahit Basentsyan is a Tax Consultant, Governance GP, World Bank. She currently serves as a project coordinator of Self-Declaration Implementation Project in Armenia. Previously she has successfully coordinated different WB and USAID tax projects cooperating with the State Revenue Committee (SRC) and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, contributing to tax and customs administrations’ assessment, behavioral insights analysis and modernization in Armenia. Prior to joining the WB, Anahit collaborated with Armenian Converse Bank and SRC of the RA. She holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the State Economic University of Armenia. She has been a guest speaker in different universities of Armenia. Anahit is an author of several scientific articles.
