André Portela Souza is professor at the Sao Paulo School of Economics, Getulio Vargas Foundation, Brazil, coordinator of the Research Center for Microeconomic Studies (C-Micro) of the same institution and Director of the CLEAR Center for Learning on Evaluation and Results for Brazil and Lusophone African Countries. He holds a PhD in Economics from Cornell University.
