Andrea Rolla is an education consultant at the Education Global Practice. She worked for the Chilean Ministry of Education and as a consultant for several governments, non-profit organizations, as well as the Inter-American Development Bank. She was a Researcher and Instructor at Harvard University, directing the Un Buen Comienzo Program in Chile. Her expertise is in research, policy, and practice on teacher-child interactions, language and literacy development, and teacher professional development. Andrea is an elementary school teacher with a B.A. in Romance Languages and Literatures from Princeton University and an MSc in Educational Research Methodology from Oxford University, and a doctorate in education from Harvard University.
