Andrés worked as a junior professional in the World Bank's Latin America and the Caribbean Transport Unit since 2012 until 2014. He is an economist, specialized in Urban Economy. His experience includes working for other multilateral organisms and research in several Argentinian universities. Before joining the bank, he worked at the Secretariat of Transport in his home town, Buenos Aires.
