Andrew G. Reiter is an Associate Professor of Politics and International Relations at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. His teaching and research focus on conflict resolution, post-conflict peacebuilding, and transitional justice. He has published widely on these topics and is the author of Fighting Over Peace: Spoilers, Peace Agreements, and the Strategic Use of Violence(Palgrave Macmillan, 2016) and co-author of Transitional Justice in Balance: Comparing Processes, Weighing Efficacy (United States Institute of Peace Press, 2010).
