Andrew is a data scientist at LLI's Innovation Labs, focusing on how the World Bank Group can take advantage of new data sources, such as call detail records, social media, administrative and transaction data. He has a D Phil in Econometrics from the University of Oxford, with undergraduate degrees in computer science and economics. Andrew was previously a Research Fellow at the UK's Nesta (formerly National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts). Prior to this, he worked in economic and IT consulting for a range of private sector and government clients in Australia and the UK.
