Angela Garcia is an Associate Results Measurement Specialist at IFC’s Development Impact Measurement (CDI) – Financial Institution Group team. She coordinates the evaluation and research agenda of the Harnessing Innovation for Financial Inclusion (HiFi) program and provides support to impact assessments and evaluations in the areas of Microfinance, Digital Financial Services, and SME Finance. She has 10 years of experience in international development with a focus on financial inclusion and impact evaluation. Before joining IFC, Angela worked at the Inter-American Development Bank and Innovations for Poverty Action. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Penn State University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
