Anh N. Pham is a Senior Energy Specialist in the World Bank’s Energy and Extractive- Infrastructure Department of the Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) region based in Washington DC. At present, she is coordinating the WB energy program in the Caribbean region and leading the WB engagements in Dominica, Guyana, Grenada and Belize.
Anh Pham holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, and master’s degree in engineering management in University of Technology Sydney.
Anh Pham has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, 23 years of which at the WB in East Asia and the Pacific, South Asia, and LAC. Anh Pham has been working as WB Task Team Leader for investment project financing in geothermal, hydro, other renewable energies, Energy Efficiency and transmission and distribution network development. She also has been leading technical assistance to the client countries to support energy sector policy and regulatory framework development and capacity building.
